Our Ministry's Mission:


"We stand for Biblical Manhood, Fatherhood, and Marriage. We stand against the ravages of Domestic Violence and Fatherlessness in our communities".

We are a partnership of Christian Disciples representing many different Christian denominations that are aligned with God's word and committed to discipleship in Jesus name (Matthew 4:18-22), the calling of the first disciples. Through the Authority granted by our Lord and Savior, our members are committed to taking leadership in supporting Men's Biblical Roles and Responsibilities in their Faith, Marriage, Family, and Relationships. Our organizational stance IS "We stand for Biblical Manhood, Fatherhood, and Marriage. We stand against the ravages of Domestic Violence and Fatherlessness in our communities".We are called to worship together, grow in our faith, and evangelize in our community through holding National and International Internet Based Small Group Bible Studies, Faith-Based Trainings, Conferences and Special Events. A crucial part of the mission of our Ministry is to facilitate the referral of Licensed Clinical "Christian Based" Counseling and Specialized Training Services to Individuals, Couples, Children, and Families in the areas of Spiritual Growth and Development, Marital Reconciliation, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Depression and Stress, Sexual Counseling, Dating/Domestic Abuse as well as other areas. Fisher of Men for Jesus Ministries is an organization of Christian Disciples, who are interested in experiencing the renewing of life that comes through establishing an intimate relationship with God. We work to increase the quality of family’s lives by providing and maintaining a network of gifted speakers, pastors, teachers, and service oriented Christians who keep our ministry aligned in God's Word. Fisher of Men for Jesus Ministries strives to become a part of the bodies of communities worldwide, by functioning in that body by strengthening and equipping men to take thier rightful place centered in the Will of Jesus Christ, through the study,application, and spreading of His Word.

 
Our Belief:
As active and committed followers of Christ Jesus, we believe we are all called to be Fishers of Men, to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ as laid out in His Great Commission. Members of Fishers of Men for Jesus believe that by living our daily lives honoring the Holy Spirit, spreading the Gospel, and spending time ministering with men and women in our communities, God will reveal Himself through them and touch the hearts of the men and women we are in contact with. We acknowledge the risen Christ as the ultimate example of God's grace, a gift freely given to all. We look to the Word of God in scriptures and to the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to prosper its redemptive work in the world. We strive to be an organization of God aligned men and women in a way that calls each of us to active discipleship. Our purpose is to work for the increase in the love of God and neighbor through worship, caring, sharing and outreach.

Friendship, Discipleship, and Community Outreach:

Fishers of Men for Jesus meet in an environment created by Christian men and women to be comfortable, interesting, and relevant.  Our organization provides an atmosphere where men and women can self-examine internally to get an understanding of what true friendship is, as God commands.
 
Discipleship:
Fishers of Men for Jesus uses gifted Christian speakers from various churches to share God's word to groups of men and women.  By uniting these Christian leaders, with our membership, Fishers of Men has created an exciting and dynamic ministry, dedicated to increasing faith through the study of Our Lord and Saviors Word.
 
Community:
As followers of Christ, Fishers of Men for Jesus believes we are all called to be fishers of men, to spread the gospel of Christ as laid out in His Great Commission. Members of Fishers of Men believe that by spending time with men and women in our community, God will reveal himself and touch the hearts of those we are in contact with.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20
