Rev. Dr. Paul R. Ball, Jr.'s  mission is to provide professional clinical counseling to individuals, couples, and families who need encouragement, hope, guidance, and direction to maintain successful and productive lives. Our practice is based on non-denominational christian values, and is open to all individuals, couples and families, of all religious backgrounds. He are committed to providing sound and ethical care regardless of our client's age, race, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or emotional disability. We will provide our clients with an environment of compassion, safety, and support. We welcome those who are in need of quality mental health care and sound Biblical counsel.

Dr. Ball is a dynamic orator, encourager, and clinical counselor. A gifted ordained minister, he exhorts his audiences with divine inspiration from God. He focuses on making plain the revelation knowledge of “The Word” through spiritual wisdom and understanding. He truly believes that tribulation worketh patience, patience worketh experience, and experience worketh hope. Dr. Ball has a Ph.D in Pastoral Counseling but his undying love degree for the people of God is so much greater. Many of his clients and listeners call him “A Man on Fire”. However, Dr. Ball likes to be known as “God’s Hope Bringer”. He promotes hope, healing, and wholeness. God through His Son Jesus, has blessed Paul to have built two churches in Maryland while pastoring for over 15 years. Dr. Ball can frequently be heard ministering at Mt. Pisgah AME Church in Columbia, Maryland. He is on the Board of Advisors of the
Fishers of Men for Jesus Ministries. He resides in Clarksville, Maryland with his wife, Kathy, and their children.

Chuck Paris, Founder and ordained Crisis Chaplain, military veteran, and former police officer. His ten years in law enforcement includes service as a; canine handler with the U.S. Army Military Police. Crisis Chaplains (www.crisischaplains.com ) provides a ministry of presence for the spiritual needs of any and all in the wake of crime, violence or terrorism. While other chaplain organizations focus on the vital mission of disaster relief, CrisisChaplains.com is mission specific to crime, violence and terrorism.

Time to Fly Foundation (www.timetofly.org), (TTF) is a grass roots, faith based 501c3 non-profit. "The mission is dedicated to helping abused women and children regain their God given worth, break the generational cycle of dating/domestic abuse and strengthen the family unit."

Founded in 2001, the vision is to globally see countless lives restored from the devastation of dating and domestic abuse. Domestic abuse prevention and intervention training services and onsite childcare are provided FREE of charge to participants. Corporate matching gifts, private donors, small businesses and grants support the participant expenses.


TTF CORE MISSION
We come alongside formerly abused women and their children who are seriously ready for their heart, soul and life to be healed. (Luke 10:25-37) We offer comfort to the brokenhearted, give sight to the spiritually blind, and assist each woman in discovering her God-given liberties. This is accomplished with biblical instruction and practical application of learned principles.
You are not alone!
Feelings of shame, guilt, low self esteem, repressed anger, depression or condemnation are some of the oppressive effects of domestic abuse. TTF will help you walk through this valley in your life, equipping you with keys to move successfully into self sufficiency.

TTF CORE AUDIENCE
Candidates include women who are currently experiencing any form of domestic abuse, or who have experienced it in the past whether it be:

· Emotional
· Psychological
· Sexual
· Physical

TTF also provides domestic abuse prevention/ intervention training for the children (ages 2- 12) of the candidates.

                                           

                                          
Pastor Kim Ciftci
Pastor Kim Ciftci
Pastor Kim Ciftci is a former Memphis (TN) police officer who went from responding to crimes waged on the street, to answering the call against the wages of sin as an ordained pastor with, “In Vino Veritas: Sermons from the Vine,” a ministry of; “Caring and Sharing Christ the Vine, with the Vineyards of Virginia.” On Sunday mornings throughout the grape growing season, Kim preaches sermons in the Virginia wine country about the spiritual truths that can be found in the many Biblical references to wine, grapes, Christ “the vine,” and the vineyard.

Pastor Ciftci’s ministry experience includes; ordination as a Baptist Deacon, serving as an Associate Pastor of Single Adults at McLean Bible Church in Vienna, VA, where he specializing in divorce recovery and relationship programs, and also co-founded the “In His Grip” ministry to golfers. He is currently ordained through Vanguard Ministries and continues his ministry and leadership education to supplement his BS and MS Degrees from the University of Memphis, which he earned during his years as patrolman. Pastor Kim Ciftci was born and raised in Washington, DC and attended high school at Congressional Preparatory in Falls Church, Virginia.
